Private by default
New activities start private, public links are unguessable, and one click flips a run either way. Plus heart rate and training zone on the activity page.
A new activity is now private until you decide otherwise. It used to be the other way round, which is the wrong default for something you might have logged before deciding how you feel about it.
Making one public is a single click, from the list or from the activity itself — no form, no page reload, and it flips straight back the same way. And a public activity now lives at an address nobody can guess: a long random link rather than a sequential number that invites the curious to try the one before yours.
What the run tells you
The activity page now shows the heart rate from your file — average and peak — and which training zone that average puts the run in. It is the difference between "my heart rate was 158" and "that was a threshold run", which is the version you can act on.
Strava, when Strava is busy
Strava limits how much any application can ask for in a given window. When Calcpace hits that limit, the sync status now says so plainly and tells you it will pick up again, rather than reporting a failure that looks like something is broken.
Also fixed: the activity count on public profiles had been rendering blank since the page first shipped.
