Delete your Calcpace account and data
You can delete your Calcpace account at any time, on calcpace.app or in the Calcpace app, and everything attached to it goes with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to Calcpace, on calcpace.app or in the app.
- Open “Settings” and choose the “Account Settings” tab.
- Scroll down to “Delete account”.
- Enter your password — or, if you signed up with Google or Strava and don't know it, type your email address — and press “Delete my account”. We confirm the deletion by email.
Can't sign in?
Email [email protected] from the account's address and ask us to delete it. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your profile, all your runs and other activities — including GPS tracks, GPX files and photos —, your health data (heart rate, VO2max, date of birth and sex), your consent records, your sessions and your Strava connection. If Strava is connected, we also revoke Calcpace's access at Strava.
What may remain
Our hosting provider keeps database backups, so a deleted record can survive in a backup for a while; backup copies are deleted within 30 days.
